Every delegate will receive a registration confirmation mail after the successful completion of the payment of registration fee. Time span for receiving the mail may vary due to several reasons. If you do not receive any mail within 15 days of registration please mail at secretariat@kasscourse.com

• Only registered delegates can register for Breakfast Symposia and Cadaver Workshop.
• Only registered persons can attend the conference. Replacement or substitution is not allowed.
• Registrants can make cancellation requests from their user profiles.

Cancellation will be effective with the acknowledgement sent from the KASS Secretariat. Refund will be initiated as per the following after 15 days of the completion of course.

• No refund will be applicable on internet handling charges, taxes etc.
• With the cancellation of Course Registration, all the paid and complimentary services/facilities/entitlements will be cancelled.
• Mode of Refund Remittance- directly to the account 
• No refund will be applicable in case of eventual No Show.
• In case of overpayment or double payment, the amount will be refunded to the account of the individual.
• Neither KUPLIC 2018 committee nor any of its associates will be held responsible if the conference is cancelled or postponed. In case of cancellation or postponement of the event, refund policies and other financial liabilities would be decided then and delegates will be informed accordingly.
• No refund will be granted for early termination of attendance, cancellation of speakers or any other incident which are beyond the control of the organisers.
